Drill holes to the required standard size. Keep holes straight and smooth, then clear out all debris inside to avoid loose installation.
Feed the rivet fully through the pre-drilled hole until the rivet head sits flat and tight against the material surface, with the mandrel fully exposed.
Grip the mandrel straight with your rivet gun and pull steadily. The rivet body will expand into three lobes to grip and lock the materials tightly, and the mandrel will snap off automatically once finished.
Double-check the final result. Make sure the rivet is fixed firmly with a flat head, no shaking, no tilted installation and no damaged coating.
